Abstract Abstract: In this study ,we mainly researched the impact of annealing temperature on mechanical properties of high strength cold rolled plate Q235. The steel was studied by means of optical microscope, TEM. the results shows that the grain size of ferrite grow up as annealing temperature rise, but the horizontal grain size grow up slower when annealing temperature between 600℃-640℃。It is found that there were lots of precipitate particles, the TEM diffraction spots shows the particles are cementite particles. The size distribution of these precipitate particles was counted. At last, the mechanical properties of annealed plate were tested by sample tension test.
