| Study on Substitution of BF Bosh Gas Index for Operation Intensity |

Abstract By analyzing BF operation data, it was proved that the limitative factor of BF operation intensity is the gas permeability of bosh(bosh gas nidex). Through analysis of factors effecting on BF operation intensity,such as raw material and fuel quality, heat consumed at tuyeres, hot blast temperature, blast oxygen enrichment, etc., it was proved that bosh gas index can be used to represent BF operation intensity.
