Abstract The production process and controlling elements of automobile gear steel(20CrMoH) by converter-bloom continuous casting（BOF-BCC）process are studied in this paper,so the production platform of the high-quality gear steel has been put up. Test results has shown high-quality gear steels Which meet the standard can be obtained by the process.
