The Derivation and Analysis of the Coupling Model With Disturbance for Single Stand Cold Rolling Mill |

Abstract The study on coupling relationship among shape, gauge and tension is a important question for discussion in thinner strip cold rolling process. This paper establish the shape ,gauge and tension coupling model with disturbance for single stand cold rolling mill based on systematic and theoretical analysis all of the control elements and disturb elements affecting shape, guage and tension. By calculating the infection of each element, it reflects the characteristic of single stand cold rolling mill. Then, the simulation results of the coupling characteristics and diturb response characteristics show the necessity of the anti-jamming and decoupling design.
