| The Effect of Inclusions Containing Mg in X120 Pipeline steel on Deformed Austenite and γ-αTransformation |

Abstract The hot rolling simulation art of X120 pipeline steel with Mg treatment is carried though on Gleeble-3500. There are found that the inclusions containing Mg can fine deformed austenite during the austenite rolling fining and recrystallizing by stimulating austenite nucleation, meantime, the inclusions at crystal boundary can stimulate intragranular ferrite nucleation also. The inclusions can stimulate intragranular ferrite nucleation in deformed austenite whose size is within 20µm and even 10µm, part of which can indirectly stimulate intragranular ferrite in fine deformed austenite also.
