冷轧薄板中分层现象的研究

Abstract The lamination or “bubbling” on strip is occurred during cold rolling.The samples were studied by metallorgraphy and electron microscopy.With Scheil equation,the excess oxygen content of steel during solidification was caculated,which causes the precipitation of FeO inclusions at grain boundaries.In rolling,the continuity of steel is damaged causing lamination.Strong deoxidation and protective casting can reduce oxygen content avoid the stratified phenomenon.
