Abstract For the steelmaking of 300t BOF in Masteel, the sulfur content of KR, BOF and LF working procedure was analyzed. Under the material status the in Masteel, according to the different requirements of sulfur content, the relevant process flow and the control strategy of sulfur was developed for high efficiency, the low cost and clean steelmaking. The result shows that sulfur in liquid steel is effectively controlled, in meeting production’s demand and realizing stable production.
