Abstract Based on expatiation in detailed for operating management mode and maintenance model of Masteel 153MW CCPP, the technical measures of CCPP high efficient, stable and long period running in metallurgical company were put forward, and the comparison between CCPP and BTG were also made. The done work will be of some promoting and learning meanings for domestic other companies which develop combined cycle power plant technology.
