Abstract DC04 steel sheet for automobile was developed through using CSP process and cold production line in JISCO. By means of improving purity of steel and optimizing rolling process, the carbon content of DC04 steel sheet can be controlled below 50×10-6, the microstructure after annealing treatment is equiaxed ferrite, the grain size of steel product is ASTM7.5-8， got more {111}〈110〉{111}〈112〉 texture and the mechanical properties can meet specification requirements of automobile sheet.
