铁矿球团还原膨胀机理及影响因素的研究进展

Abstract The volume expansion of iron ore pellets usually occur in the process of reduction, and abnormal expansion or malignant expansion will seriously hinder the stable running of iron making production. The research on reduction expansion mechanism and influencing factors of iron ore pellets is beneficial to the preparation of low reduction expansion rate pellets and the improvement of blast furnace operation. The mechanism of swelling caused by different influencing factors was summarized from the microcosmic perspective of phase transformation, iron whisker growth, reduction reaction rate, and carbon deposition. Meanwhile, the effects of the production process system, flux, impurity elements, and reducing atmosphere on the reduction and expansion of pellets were pointed out. And the reduction expansion inhibition methods for different influencing factors were briefly reviewed.
