基于斜辊矫直原理,将普通6辊矫直机与2辊矫直机有机结合起来,组成一种新型高精度矫直机,通过整个矫直过程中各辊矫直力的变化情况,对不同压弯量和压扁量下的应力应变进行了对比分析;验证了6+2矫直机的矫直能力及矫直效果,尤其分析了对管材头尾质量的提高,同时也从侧面验证了矫直工艺参数的正确性,借助MATLAB语言编写了矫直工艺参数计算面板,为实际生产提供理论依据。
Abstract
Based on the principle of inclined roller straightening, a new type of straightener with high precision was obtained. It utilized the merit of six-roller straightener and the two-roller straightener. According to the results of each roller straightening force change during the straightening process, the stress and strain was compared and analyzed under the different intermesh and the flattening amount. The straightening ability and straightening effect of 6+2 straightener was verified, the improvement of tube quality was analyzed especially for the position of the tube head and tail. The results indicate that the parameters of straightening process are accurate. The straightening process parameters calculation panel was compiled via MATLAB. It can provide a theoretical basis for the practical production.
