摘要

连续酸洗过程中的最优速度控制、活套套量控制及张力控制等对提高机组稳定性和生产节奏,改善带钢表面质量有极其重要的作用。针对1740mm酸轧机组,基于罚函数原理建立了速度目标函数模型,用于酸洗速度设定计算;同时,通过活套入口、出口速度控制实现活套套量的同步控制,满足了酸轧机组对活套套量和张力的要求。建立酸洗过程张力设定计算模型,提高了张力控制精度和系统快速响应性能,实现了酸洗速度协调和节奏控制。实践证明,高精度的模型设定计算显著提高了高强钢连续酸洗后的表面质量和板形质量,使得高强钢生产成材率进一步提高,满足了工业生产需要。

Abstract

The effects of speed optimization, the control of looper level, and the control of tension on increasing stability of mills and production rhythm, and improving surface quality of strips are extremely important in continuous pickling process. Aiming at 1740mm continuous pickling line and tandem cold rolling mills, based on the principle of penalty function, the objective function model of speed was established to setup calculation for pickling speed. Meanwhile, synchronous control for looper level was achieved through the control of entry and exit speed of looper, to meet the requirement of looper level and tension. The setup calculation model of tension for continuous pickling process was built, and then the control accuracy of tension and the response performance of system had been improved, which realized the coordination of pickling speed and the control of rolling rhythm. The application results show that the setup model with high computational accuracy can make surface quality and flatness quality of pickling products for high strength steels significantly improved, in addition, the qualified product ratio of production of high strength steels is further increased and can satisfy the requirement of industrial production.
