摘要

摘要:烧结矿竖式冷却工艺是针对传统烧结余热回收系统的不足而提出的新型烧结余热回收工艺,近年来得到了业内的广泛关注。在简述烧结矿竖式冷却工艺的基础上,介绍了该工艺工业应用情况,分析了该工艺的应用难点及原因,回顾了该工艺机制研究的进展,提出了解决制约该工艺应用难点的研究方向,并介绍了相关研究成果,以期为该工艺的完善和大规模工业应用提供借鉴。

Abstract

Abstract: In view of the drawbacks of traditional sinter waste heat recovery system, the sinter vertical cooling process was put forward and has been widely concerned in the industry in recent years. Based on the brief introduction of sinter vertical cooling process, the industrial application of the process was introduced, the application difficulties and its reasons of the process were analyzed, the research progress of the process mechanism was reviewed, the research direction of solving the difficulties restricting the application of the process was proposed, and the related research results were introduced, so as to provide reference for the improvement and largescale industrial application of the process.
