摘要

研究了不同固溶温度对GH742y合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明:经1 140~1 180 ℃固溶处理后,GH742y合金中一次γ′相全部溶入基体,晶粒度明显长大到3~4级;采用(1 040±10)℃×4 h,AC+1 140 ℃×8 h,AC+850 ℃×6 h,AC+(780±10)℃×(10~16)h的热处理后,获得了均匀细小的γ′相,而且合金的综合性能最佳。

Abstract

Effect of solution temperature on microstructure and mechanical property of alloy GH742y was investigated. The results indicate that primary γ′ phase dissolves when the solution temperature is in the temperature range of 1 140-1 180 ℃. The optimal mechanical properties of alloy GH742y can be obtained when the heat treatment is as follows: (1 040±10)℃×4 h, AC+1 140 ℃×8 h, AC+850 ℃×6 h, AC+(780±10) ℃×(10-16)h.
