摘要

激光刻痕可以有效细化取向硅钢的磁畴,从而显著降低铁损。本文综述了磁畴细化降低铁损和激光刻痕法细化磁畴的原理,并说明采用激光刻痕法细化磁畴而降低取向硅钢铁损的研究现状,指出激光刻痕存在的问题及发展方向。

Abstract

Laser scribing can availably refine the domain of grain oriented silicon steel and evidently decrease its core loss.In this paper,the elements of decreasing core loss by domain refinement are summarized.The mechanism on how the domains are refined by laser scribing is discussed.Prospect of research is also illuminated on core loss of grain oriented silicon is decreased by domain refinement who is achieved by laser scribing. And problems of laser scribing and future progress are indicated.
