摘要

通过向焦煤中加入添加剂的方法在实验室炼制出含有不同铅锌化合物的焦样,并用热重的方法对焦样进行了反应性试验。通过化学分析和SEM扫描电镜分析,研究了不同的铅锌化合物和不同添加量对焦炭热重反应性的影响,并分析了铅锌化合物在焦炭中的分布规律及存在状态。结果表明,本实验中添加的不同铅锌化合物都会增加焦炭的反应性,但增加的幅度和趋势不同,其在焦炭中的存在状态和炼焦过程发生的反应有关。

Abstract

The coke sample were produced through add the additive to coke coal before the carbonized in the furnace,and carried out the coke reactivity test with thermogravimetry. By chemical analyse and SEM analyse,influence of different zinc and lead compounds and different added amount on coke reactivity were studied,the distributing and exist state of zinc and lead compounds in the coke were analyzed together. The results show that add different lead and zinc compounds will increase the coke reactivity,but the rate of increase and the trend is different,its exist state showed a agreement with the reaction occurred in the coking process.
