摘要

对FeO-V2O5二元系通过XRD实验进行物相分析,理论计算中间化合物的热力学参数,并建立了溶液热力学模型,结合FACT软件计算绘制出FeO-V2O5二元体系相图,DSC实验和XRD实验来验证相图的正确性,此体系中生成两种中间化合物反式尖晶石Fe2VO4和钒酸铁FeVO4,实验的结果对理论计算出的相图有很好的验证。

Abstract

The compounds of FeO-V2O5 binary system are analyzed with X-ray diffraction experiment. The thermodynamic data of these compounds and solution model are investigated by theoretical calculation.Validate the phase diagram is by DSC and XRD experiments. There are two compounds Fe2VO4 and FeVO4 existence in this binary system phase diagram,we use the X-ray diffraction experiment and DSC experiment to validate the phase diagram,and the result is well.
