Calculation of Replacement Ratio of Injecting Coke Oven Gas Into Blast Furnace

摘要

通过对高炉内焦炭和焦炉煤气的热平衡分析,推导了焦炉煤气替代焦炭的理论置换比计算公式。计算出典型焦炉煤气的置换比为0. 486kg/m3。同时对影响置换比的各主要因素进行了分析,为高炉喷吹焦炉煤气提供了理论参考依据。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the thermal equilibrium of coke and coke oven gas in blast furnace, a formula for the calculation of replacement ratio of coke by oven gas was inferred. For the typical composition of coke oven gas, the result of replacement ratio is 0. 486kg/m3. In the meanwhile, the main factors influencing the replacement ratio were discussed. The results offer a theoretical reference for injecting coke oven gas into blast furnace.
