摘要

目前带钢板形的质量水平还不能满足各行业用户的要求,其主要原因之一就是板形自动控制系统不完善,而且在信号检测、信号处理、板形模式识别等方面研究滞后,使之成为板形控制中的薄弱环节。综述了冷轧板带板形信号检测、板形缺陷判别及板形控制的研究成果,比较了各项研究工作的优缺点,并提出了发展方向。

Abstract

The quality of strip cannot meet the requirements of various industries at present, one of the main reasons is that the plate-profile automatic control system is imperfect and researches in signal detection, signal processing, plate-profile pattern recognition are lag, which will make it become the weak link in flatness control. The research achievements of plate-profile signal detection, plate-profile defect discrimination and flatness control for cold-rolled strip was introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of these researches are compared and the development directions are put forward.
