Abstract:Abstract: In order to investigate effects of combustion characteristics and related factors on the combustion process in the quasiparticles, the carbon structure and combustion characteristics of anthracite and coke breeze used in the sintering were detected by Raman spectroscopy and TGDTG method. A reactiondiffusion mixing control equation that can accurately describe the fuel combustion process in quasiparticles was established. At the same time, the influence of particle size and oxygen concentration on the combustion characteristics of quasiparticles fuel was investigated by nonisothermal thermogravimetric. The results show that the combustion performance of anthracite is obviously better than that of coke due to the absence of hydrogen side chains in the coke. Under low temperature conditions, combustion rate, ignition stability and combustion performance will increase with the decreasing of particle size of fuel, but will reach the peak when the particle size is less than 01mm. The oxygen concentration in the reaction gas has an obvious linear relationship with the fuel combustion rate.
