Abstract
It is important to select right rolling strategy for multiroll cold tandem mill, which will affect the output, product quality and operating of the mill. Therefore, it is important to use right rolling strategy and research how to identify the rolling strategy online. By applying fuzzy clustering and fuzzy synthetical evaluation, the optimization of rolling strategy for five stands and eightroll cold tandem mill is received. According to the status of the rolling process, the regulation of rolling control is found. The optimal quality of the shape and the thickness is received by using the optimal rolling status which is mentioned above. By applying online, all kinds of technical and economic target reach optimization, better effect can be obtained and requirement on the manufacturing site can be satisfied.
