Many experiments have been carried out to achieve a better understanding of the relationship between major alloying elements and magnetic properties of product, and the chemical composition was designed. Based on the analysis of statistical data of the commercial production, some key process parameters were optimized. A kind of high magnetic induction low iron loss nonoriented electrical steel 50W600H was developed. It has good mechanical properties and magnetic properties.
