Abstract:In order to achieve the transformation and upgrading of continuous manufacturing of intelligent manufacturing in a domestic steel plant, to solve the problems of information fragmentation, query and use in the original blueprint delivery, and the inability to extend the information to the full life cycle, a new digital delivery model was adopted. The characteristics of digital delivery was analyzed, the data types of the data center was organized, the standards that need to be established for delivery was clarified, the processes that need to be established for digital delivery was regulated, and the functional scope of digital delivery was determined. Through digital delivery, engineering companies can improve their ability to work collaboratively and accelerate their role as full-life-cycle service providers; establish digital assets for production companies, promote the digital operation system of factories, and realize the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing.
