摘要 鉴于连铸过程中存在众多不确定性,在引入模糊技术的基础上开发了连铸坯质量判定专家系统。以表面纵裂为例,以某中厚板厂工业生产实际数据作为样本,建立了连铸坯知识库。采用正向推理机制,对连铸坯质量进行了离线判断、推理和决策,采用Visual C++ 6.0软件建立了人机界面,数据库采用Oracle,调试结果表明该系统可以达到较高的判定准确率(大于95.6%),为在线应用提供了基础。
Abstract:In view of much uncertainty in the process of continuous casting, based on the introduction of fuzzy technology, the expert system of continuous casting slab quality justification was developed. Taking surface longitudinal cracks as example, the continuous casting slab knowledge database is set up with industrial operation data acquired in one medium plate plant as samples. The continuous casting slab quality is justified、reasoned and decided offline by positive reasoning system, the HMI is built up by VC++6.0 and oracle is adopted as database. The debugged result showed that the system has the higher justification accuracy (more than 95.6%),which provides the base for its online application.
