Abstract：By the research of center and triangle area cracks in the slabs of Q235B、SPAH、SAE1008 steel, and combined with the equipment, reasonable process and technology are put forward to improve the casting process, thus all these precautions reduced the probability of producing cracks and enhanced products quality.
