Abstract:This paper introduced technical characteristic digital electrical cylinder with non-sinusoidal oscillation,and bring forward a viewpoint that meniscus shape must depend on non-sinusoidal oscillation to realize optimize effected oscillation mark. The friction force between casting and mold wall is exist, and work distortion or metamorphose of non-sinusoidal oscillation curve. The friction compensation model is adopted, and realize correct to non-sinusoidal oscillation curve, and achieve aim to meniscus shape optimize, and improve casting quality.
