Abstract:In this paper,the aim is to describe the design of continuous casting oscillation electro-hydraulic servo system. Using ADAMS analyse how about the dynamics of the oscillating mechanical devics, building the mathematical mold of the system, and the important components as culinder and servo valve was selected by calculating. The software Matlab Simulind as a tool, a theoretic analysis and digital simulation about the cotrol moder of hydraulic servo system.From the computer simulation and pracice run test, it ensures that this system reachs initial aim, as high frequency, small swing, effectively improving the cast iron quality.
