Abstract:In order to develop products and increase production capacity, Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co Ltd improved secondary cooling system and changed pure water into foggy spray cooling. After the improvement, the qualification rate of surface quality of the microalloyed steel with Nb, V and Ti was increased from 93.8% to 92.5% without changing other conditions. The parameter in different zones of secondary cooling system was optimized and the qualification rate of surface quality was increased from 92.5% to 98.81%, achieving desired results.
