Abstract:Abstract:Because of design defects, the control system of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group No.4 Slab Continuous Casting Machine cannot meet the requirements of field process and equipments. By means of optimizing the cutting length system, increasing paint spraying machine system, improving the mold oscillator control system, adaptable improving site requirements, perfecting ladle weighing system, the slab continuous casting machine overall control ability and level are greatly improved, the overall high level of automation control is realized, and product quality and yield are improved.
