Track Simulation Analysis for Hydraulic Crystallizer Oscillation Equipment of a Full Arc Continuous Caster

Abstract:A method of applying multi-rigid-body to simulate the track of a crystallizer without taking account of elastic deformation of the crystallizer oscillation equipment was introduced. Then the simulated movement of the track is compared with the curvature of continuous caster’s segments in order to confirm the track error.
