Abstract:Through the establishment of mould hydraulic vibration dynamic model, the stress status of the mould hydraulic vibration were analyzed, and the force analysis of corresponding vibration frequency and amplitude on the hydraulic push rod, the hydraulic cylinder piston were also carried out. All kinds of forces in addition to the bearing reaction force were calculated. For failure analysis and judgment, non-sinusoidal vibration dynamics changes were analyzed. The results show that there are fundamental effects on the slab surface vibration mark depth control.
