Abstract:The low discharge and motor power of hydraulic system for slab tilter cannot meet the requirement of running speed; the inconsequent temperature control of tank will cause cavitation erosion to the pump and local heating to the hydraulic oil; the improper selection of filter core level will cause the system to be polluted and go wrong; and synchronizing circuit design will cause integrating error. In this paper, the pump and motor were reselected through analysis and calculation, oil temperature was controlled according to the request when the pump was running, the filter core level was selected according to the working conditions, and synchronizing circuit system was redesigned to eliminate integrating error. The slab tilter runs smoothly, thus the service life is prolonged, and the equipment fault is reduced by these optimization designs.
