Abstract:Slab piler table is an important equipment for continuous slab production. Its key failure is caused by hydraulic system. By analyzing the hydraulic system failure for slab piler table, the primary causes for the hydraulic cylinder floating, slipping and leakage were found out, and the fault processing method and suggestions for improvement were proposed to make the equipment running stably, which can offer reference for a series of equipments.
