Abstract：The technological parameters，process flow，applicable key technique and technological design features of two-strand slab continuous caster such as the hydraulic oscillation, mould on-line adjustable width, continuous straightening and bending, dynamic secondary cooling and nozzle scope adjusting, dynamic soft reduction, secondary cooling electromagnetic stirring etc. were described．Proven by the production, both shape/size of slab and the surface/internal quality were very good and all kinds of metallurgical indicators met the design requirements.
