Abstract:The bolted structure were adopted usually in the caster tundish stopper mechanism, the stopper were fixed and adjusted by usually adopts the straight slot structure in the clamp arm , but the structure was easy to loose, then stopper slip accident would happened. The installation method of the stopper was improved, the notch of clamp arm was instead with L type, at the same time the boss washer was installed in the stopper, the stopper route was limited and fixed by the difference of turning radius. These ensure that the stopper will not fall off. The reliable implementing basis for the same type stopper installation method is introduced.
