Abstract:In order to reduce the inclusion of gear steel, the technology route was used to by BOF→refining(LF+RH)→bloom CC in Benxi steel.And it was studied for the top-bottom blowing 、white slag by LF secondary refining、vacuum circle by RH secondary refining and calcium treatment to reduce the content of[w(T.O)]in steel and the procress changes of inclusion in this article.Through the control of process optimization ,the average[w(T.O)]of gear steel was below 10×10-6 and less than 15×10-6 accounted for more than 95% in Benxi Steel.
