Abstract:Base on the principles of solute diffusion and mass conservation, the non-equilibrium solidification mathematical model of solute microsegregation in mushy zone isestablished considering the effect law of multi-component alloy elements on phase change. The experimental research data and model calculated values are compared to further verify the reliability of the model. The results show that model calculated characteristic temperature of mushy zone, and element content in residual liquid at solidification front are coinciding well with the experiment data.
