Abstract:Baogang have built 3 strand net-shape beam blank and bloom compatible caster. The function,equipment composition,hydraulic and electric control principle of dynamic soft reduction technology with double cylinder WSU are presented. The deformation of WSU under extreme soft reduction pressure is simulated through ANSYS. And the torque equilibrium technology is used to solve the problem of WSU uneven load when soft reduction. The technology can ensure the double cylinder WSU remote roll gap control error always keep within ±0.1 mm. The deformation of WSU is reasonably controled under various dynamic soft reduction process parameters. The bloom internal and external quality is excellent, reduce the carbon segregation degree is reduced, the actual using effect is satisfactory.
