Abstract:Under the condition of one-dimensional unsteady heat transfer, the calculation model of heat transfer coefficient of cooling water in continuous water spray cooling for high temperature steel plate was established by using finite difference method. The model was used to calculate the heat transfer coefficient[h]of the cooling water and the high temperature steel plate based on the test data. The?results?showed that the impact of pressure was greater than that of the flow on the heat transfer coefficient; the heat transfer coefficient increases with the increasing of cooling water spray density, and it increased first and then decreased with the steel plate surface temperature drop. Finally, when the surface temperature of steel plate was 400-1 000 ℃ and the water density was 90-180 L/(m2·min), the experience formula of water spray cooling heat transfer coefficient[h] was carried?out.
