Abstract:In order to solve the problem of hydraulic system and gear reducer during the operation of the 210 ton ladle turret, and reduce the equipment failure, through the cause analysis of the violent detonation and vibration phenomenon when the hydraulic system of the 210 ton ladle turret starts, the specific reason is found out and the treatment method is proposed. At the same time, through the analysis of the phenomenon that the input shaft of the gear reducer breaking, the shaft coupling flange fracture, and the gland screws of the grater cutting off, modifying control parameters in the field cannot meet the operating requirements. By the comparative analysis of the other two slab equipments using status, the conclusion can be draw that the piston motor with no minimum speed requirement must be used under heavy load, variable speed and accurate location conditions. It can provide reference for the operation and maintenance of the same equipment and ensure the stability of the equipment.
