Abstract:Introduce the case of the research and product of the low carbon sulfur bismuth free-cutting steel 1214Bi in hangzhou steel . Replace plumbum with bismuth, introduct the design of a reasonable elements,added sulfur and bismuth to improve the performance of the free-cutting processes,and use potassium with the united of the sulfur and manganese to improve the property of the free-cutting processes,to effectively solve the problem of pollution. Through the reasonable process control and parameter adjustment,control the product composition accurately,make product quality and performance meet the user requirements.
