Abstract:In order to solve the shortcomings of the new Dynamic secondary cooling model of high strength steel slab in a steel industry,on the base of the new three-dimensional Dynamic secondary cooling system developed by the steel industry, the slag solidification of the secondary cooling storage area is verified and improved by the field research experiments research, data collection and analysis Heat transfer calculation mathematical model, combined with the typical point of the slab surface (slab center, slab corner) temperature measurement, and modify the newly developed model. Through the application of the system on-line, optimize the process parameters, develop a better Dynamic secondary cooling system, and reduce the high-strength steel blockade rate and crack rate, improve the surface quality and internal quality of slab.
