Abstract:The surface quality of billet optimized through optimizing vibration parameters of the No.1 conticaster of San Gang and through comparing the influences of vibration parameters on the billet surface. The vibration parameters are displayed as follow: The non-sinusoidal vibration is adopted as the vibration mode of crystallizer, 0.2 is adopted as the deviating rate, the vibrational frequency is elevated from 152 c/min to 182 c/min, the vibration amplitude is declined from 8.2 mm to 7.2 mm, and the negative slip duration is decreased from 0.168 s to 0.117 s. As a result, the surface quality of billet is effectively optimized. In the meantime, under the guarantee of surface quality of billet, the speed of continuous casting can be adequately elevated reduce the vibration mark of ingot blank.
