Abstract：The mold expert system is a system that allows the continuous cast operator and the technician to "drill into the mold" to observe the continuous casting process.Its general characteristics are visualing onlion，It can quickly detect the thermocouple temperature， mold friction， mold heat flow and other key production parameters in the casting process changes， given the alarm value of its dangerous or critical conditions， and then automatically slowed down or adjusted operational， eliminated Hidden danger timely.To realize continuous casting process stabilization and optimiztion and provide production conditiongs.It is of great significance to improve quality of continuous casting productions.
