Abstract：Pangang group 1 350 mm slab continuous continuous caster was put into production in 1993， which belongs to the whole arc four point[R9 m]straightening double flow slab casting machine， and it won the national science and technology progress award in 1997. This paper introduced first successful application of the digital electric cylinder mould vibration device at home on the whole arc double flow slab continuous casting machine. It realized the low cost of maintenance and operation， improved vibration mark depth on slab surface， equipment upgrading and the utilization rate of the casting machine. The contents Mainly includes： process equipment and upgrade requirements， development and trend of the system， technical scheme selection， modification and application.
