Abstract:The mechanical and electrical equipment installation generally includes several links such as equipment installation, commissioning, testing of several important links, acceptance and operation. Regardless of each one part of the problems will reduce the quality of installation of electromechanical equipment, and affect the economic benefit of engineering. Due to the particularity of the industry, large mechanical and electrical equipment in metallurgy industry are generally in the complex and poor working environment and continuous operation. Once the electromechanical equipment breaks out, it will need a lot of time, manpower and material resources to repair it. Also, it will delay the production plan and result in economic losses. Therefore, at the beginning of large-scale mechanical and electrical equipment installation should be taken seriously to ensure the quality and accuracy of equipment installation work, to avoid the production process caused by the installation problems caused. This paper analyzed the prevention methods against common quality defects and control in metallurgical electromechanical installation engineering.
