Abstract Abstract: The designing is a kind of technique that can automatic rapid replacement the tundish nozzle. Through optimization the automation program, casting original speed and target speed exist the difference, when rapid replacement the tundish muzzle. According to the slope change and the difference, we can precisely calculate position of slab joint trace. At the same time with the hydraulic automatic control combination, can achieve the stopper rod with a certain pressure and speed to Opening and closing ,while the mould level can be smoothly controlled .The craft’s function reduce the labor intensity and improved production efficiency of workers. At the same time the precise control of the position of the traces and mould level fluctuation is obviously reduced. This can greatly improve the quality of slab.
