Abstract The reasons for the continuous casting machine casting off of non-program caused by pouring of molten steel was analyzed. The main reason is considered to be blocked, which covers the low-temperature molten steel outlet plug, plug nozzle ladle, tundish and tundish nozzle blockage, and the department of plug nozzle bowl followed by abnormal erosion Stopper Stopper impact of control flow. Taking preventive measures, the number of casting machine casting off of non-plan decreased from 1.8 times/month to 0.8 times/month, steel furnace revision from the 1.4 oven/stove to the 0.6/month, and the production practice is better.
