Abstract With No.3 continuous Vaster of Anyang Iron and Steel Company’s Second Steel as the base, the mould hydraulic vibration synchronous technology were studied. Analyze the caster of hydraulic servo control system composition and working principle, PID correction control was induced aiming at simulation results. It is concluded that PID synchronous control scheme and parameter setting adopted by No.3 caster mould can meet the demands of swiftness, accuracy and stability of the system.
