Abstract Abstract:In the mold of sinusoidal vibration, the depth of 250mm slab depth of oscillation marks in thickness is deep, the best non-sinusoidal vibration parameters have been found after testing three kinds of non-sinusoidal vibration modes; the minimum depth of the slab oscillation mark is 0.16 mm under the condition of optimized non-sinusoidal vibration mode. Carbon steel will influence the depth of oscillation marks by influencing the steel high-temperature impact strength;With the increasing of slab casting speed, the oscillation marks will be reduced. The mould power and other factors will be considered for the selection of mold oscillation mode and parameter.
